After your return has been processed successfully, you will be refunded the full amount of the items returned, minus the shipping cost. Depending on you bank or credit card company, it may take up to 5-10 days for the refund to be posted back into your account.
N-p-Elliott will not be responsible for shipping costs of returning or exchanging products if the product that was shipped to you matches your order and is in perfect condition. We will however take responsibility for these costs if the product you have received does not match your order, or the product is faulty or has a defect.
